Kuba Jewgieniew

Kuba Jewgieniew is the CEO And Founder of Realty ONE Group, one of the fastest growing franchisors in the industry. The product of Polish-born parents who raised him to be curious, driven and passionate, Kuba wasn’t satisfied with a lucrative career as a financial planner and portfolio manager or as a successful real estate agent, closing $30 million in sales in his first year. So, he started Realty ONE Group in 2005 with a 100%-commission model and an emphasis on innovation, disruption and fun. He’s won numerous awards and has been recognized for his innovative thinking and leadership. And, with a dynamic leadership team and leagues of committed followers, Realty ONE Group plans to open offices around the world, bettering communities and lives everywhere, leaving a legacy for generations.

Ashley Grier

Ashley strives to deliver exceptional, client-oriented service and understands that each individual has unique needs and lifestyles. Armed with affable style and experience, Ashley offers a fresh new perspective on the St Louis market. Prior to her experience as a realtor, Ashley had a successful career in customer service. She started her career in event planning and moved into an Executive Assistant role in education, for the Head of School at Principia School.

Ashley is extremely detailed oriented, client focused and is able to accomodate to the changing needs of each client. Client relationship is extremely important to Ashley and she strives to make the buying or selling experience positive and hassle free. Ashley has lived in St Louis County for the last 20 years. A mom of two young boys, she understands the needs of families, but also is equipped to help the modern buyer.

Life beyond real estate: Ashley enjoys staying active by playing volleyball (sand and court). She has been coaching club and school volleyball since 2008. Currently she is a coach with club MOVA out in St Charles.

Derek Grier

Derek believes treating people with respect and honesty is the backbone to success. He brings a passion for the exceptional and has spent his entire career in real estate. Derek’s diverse background of experiences includes running the outsourced real estate department for one of the largest financial institutions in the country, growing a small property management firm into a dominant player in the St. Louis market, and operating a boutique residential real estate brokerage. 

Derek is committed to giving back to the real estate community and currently serves as a Director for the Missouri Realtors Association, a Board of Advisory Member for the St. Louis Realtors Young Professionals Network, and in 2016, Derek was elected to serve as a Missouri State Representative. He currently Chairs the Committee on Economic Development. During his time in the Legislature, Derek has passed numerous bills focused on workforce and economic growth. Derek is a Board Member of the Missouri Technology Corporation and over the past two decades, he has held key positions including Chesterfield City Councilmember, Chair of the University Outreach Committee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and was recently selected as a member of the Missouri Hyperloop Task Force.

1. PRINT OUT TERMINATION FORM

Print and fill out the Information and License Change Form (https://pr.mo.gov/boards/realestate/419-1997.pdf).

2. NOTIFY CURRENT BROKER

We recommend doing this by email. Send the form to your current broker letting them know that you have decided to leave the company. Not sure what to say? We have email templates ready for you.
